Job duties:
-Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (European and American markets & IT outsourcing products).
-Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)
-Work with sales executive and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
-Build and strengthen client relationships
-Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Job requirements:
-At least 4 year of experience in a relevant role. Having experience in sales/customer service experience or Sales B2B for IT industry is a plus
-Excellent in English
-Strong listening and questioning skills, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
-Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
-Excellent proposal writing, project management and analytical skills.
-Vision to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions planning skills
-Excellent team working and team development ability.
-Ability to follow and ensure compliance with operational processes
