- Approach and build relationships with new customers (B2B);

- Follow up and take care of potential leads to close deals;

- Improve our customer understanding and knowledge about our products;

- Keep updated on market requirements and trends and competitors actions;

- Recommend, develop and assist in the company's promotional and marketing strategies;

- Weekly reporting and reviewing of activities;

- Directly report to Business Development Manager.

Requirement:

- Minimum 2 years of business development experience in the B2B in Vietnam (strong business development and customer relationship management capability). Experience in HR Service industry is preferred;

- English skill (speaking and writing) is very necessary;

- Ability to organize seminar and telesales to approach new customers;

- Good communication report and presentation skill;

- Strong analytical, scenario mapping, and decision-making skills;

- Computer skills (Microsoft office);

- Friendly, active, patient and detail-oriented;

- Ability to work individually and under high pressure.
