Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategicSenior Business Development Executiveto join our team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to South East Asia. You will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop a business development strategy focusing on Vietnam as well as strategies to penetrate the Southeast Asia market.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Negotiate high stakes contract which leads to complex deals closure

- Sales/Business Development professional with 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles.
- Good English skills in business communication
- Proactive and independent: able to work and come up with their ideas.
