Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing potential land deals, evaluate the feasibility of the potential land deals, and prepare recommendation for management's approval.
Key Responsibilities
Report to Head of BDU, PMU, GET and lead the overall execution of BDU:
- Manage and implement the QTP acquisition plans for 5 years
- Build network, develop and source new QTP acquisition pipelines
- Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships for potential joint ventures and divestment aspects
- Lead overall deal execution of BDU (from deal origination, evaluation, financial feasibility, deal structuring, negotiation to closing) and liaise with cross-functional departments as well as external parties such as business partners, consultants
- Monitor and present reports to Head of BDU, PMU, GET and Management on analysis and recommendations related to QTP acquisitions, strategic partnership and divestment proposals.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company;
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Finance or relevant
Competencies Required
- Minimum 10 years working experience as Business Development for real estate company

- Must be able to prepare project feasibility studies
