Advanced Report Development and Analysis:
- Lead the creation and enhancement of comprehensive financial and accounting reports for the e-commerce pharmaceutical sector.
- Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards and reports to provide detailed insights into financial performance, accounting operations, and key metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvements.
Strategic Financial Insights:
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and reporting.
- Conduct deep dives into financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts.
- Evaluate and interpret financial performance data to guide decision-making and drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support the Finance team with accurate and timely data for financial reporting and analysis.
- Work with the Accounting team to ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
System Improvement and Optimization:
- Identify and implement enhancements to BI tools and systems to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and overall system performance.
- Recommend and drive process improvements to streamline financial and accounting operations within the e-commerce platform.
Monthly/Quarterly Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including reconciliation and variance analysis.
- Review and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
Data Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies and financial regulations in all BI reporting and analysis.
- Maintain data security and privacy standards while handling sensitive financial and accounting information.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, and accounting, ideally within the e-commerce or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, with a strong track record of developing advanced reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and collaborate effectively across departments.
