Job Description

Highgate Property Management is looking for a SeniorC&B Executive:

  • Working location: 138 Hai Ba Trung, Dist.1
  • Working time: from Monday to Friday

Scope of work:

This position will perform compensation & benefits tasks in the HR-Admin department

  • Manage employee data system
  • Timekeeping, Salary & Bonus Management
  • Tax Management
  • Compulsory Insurance Management
  • Benefits management
  • Responsible for procedures and documents related to labor contracts, resignations, and labor relations
  • Advising on Issues Related to Compensations & Benefits
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

Responsibilities:

Manage employee data system:

  • Participate in building new human resources software, point out inadequacies and system errors that arise and work with relevant parties to come up with solutions;
  • Monitor and enter new employee information into Software and Excel; Create new accounts & send to new employees as soon as possible
  • Manage changes: Manage changes in personnel information, such as salary increases, promotions, leaves,...
  • Other arising problems

Timekeeping, Salary & Bonus Management

  • Manage leave, compensatory leave, overtime,... Monitor and control employee workdays and timekeeping for monthly salary calculation
  • Perform monthly salary calculations for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage bonuses: Manage bonuses according to company regulations, including holiday bonuses, performance bonuses,...

Tax Management

  • Track employees tax code: create new and update
  • Register dependents;
  • Finalization of personal income tax
  • Other arising problems

Compulsory Insurance Management

  • Increase, decrease the labor involved social insurance
  • Monitor social insurance documents: numbers, separate sheets, health insurance cards, etc.
  • Control and compare results submitted to the state budget
  • Implement benefits for employees: Sickness, maternity,...
  • Other arising problems

Benefits management:

  • Implement and manage established welfare programs, ensuring employees enjoy full benefits: health insurance/unemployment insurance (PVI), visiting/hospitality regimes...
  • Propose attractive benefit packages to attract and retain employees

Responsible for procedures and documents related to labor contracts, resignations, and labor relations:

  • Labor contract: Send probationary evaluation, re-sign & proceed to make the labor contract & have the employee sign the labor contract
  • Make proposals/decisions on appointment, transfer, resignation..., Labor Contract Appendix and paperwork related to the change
  • Other arising problems

Advising on Issues Related to Compensations & Benefits

  • Answer employee questions about salary, bonuses and benefits.
  • Provide information and advice to superiors on issues related to compensations & benefits when necessary.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Data analysis: Analyze data on salaries, bonuses, and benefits to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Prepare reports: Prepare personnel reports as requested by superiors

Participate in building and publishing of processes, regulations, policies and regulations of the Human Resources Admin department

Participate in employee engagement activities

Other task assign by manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of C&B experience (for company with 300+ headcounts), including C&B administrative duties, PIT finalization and labor relations
  • Prefer candidates with expertise in property management, hospitality, F&B, and customer services fields.
  • Experience working with HR software systems: SAP, Cadena.....
  • Graduated from college/university in related majors, have knowledge of labor law, compensation & benefit
  • Good at Microsoft Office
  • Conversational English
