Role Overview: As the Senior C&B Executive, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to support our employees across various divisions and regional offices. Reporting directly to the C&B Manager, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with the group's objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a multi-industry group or conglomerate setting.
- Proven record of accomplishment of designing and implementing C&B programs, policies, and initiatives that align with organizational objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, conduct market research, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Consulting experience is highly desirable.
