- Support to claim assessor manager build Operating Manual, Internal guideline to build the assessment process is more efficiency and perfect.

- Support and join the projects related claim transformation/claim automation/enhance claim system to build and adapt with claim stratergy to increased customer experience

- Support claim colleagues (investigators or administrators) in some certain situation (reading original medical record at the hospital, field assessment of disability, mentor for administrators) and support underwriting section when increasing volume of NBUW (month-end, contest)- if any
