Support to ensure the quality of operational process for debt collection meet company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve communication from Collectors to Customers according to Collections Division Policy/ Strategy time to time (SMS, Letter, Collection Scripts...)
- Monitor the compliance of Business Units with approved strategies, processes, regulations and figuring out ways to improve Collections Division performance through adjusting and improving the process, regulations (Process, Work Code, Questionnaire)
- Monitor and improve QA/QC checking rules according to Collections Division Policy/ Strategy time to time.
- Summarize and feedback information from Collections Division to PIC Division/ Departments (Product, Risk, Operations)
- Join in developing and testing High Technology projects related to Collections Division from perspective of operation.
- Develop and maintain the reports of QA and Collection Quality.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration, IT, Data Science.
- 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Fluent in using Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point,..)
- Ability to work under high pressure.
