The Role
- This is an exciting role where you will provide hiring expertise & support to high-growth companies in different geographies so they can scale their teams quickly & accurately.
- You will liaise with senior decision-makers in different industries across countries to understand their talent needs and advise them on global talent pools as well as the appropriate hiring & talent strategies to help them achieve their outcomes.
- You will also be trained in the Snaphunt Flexpert hiring methodology & use this as well as the Snaphunt platform to help companies identify top talent in line with their requirements quickly and manage all aspects of the hiring process all the way till hire.
- This is a truly international & consultative role. In a single day, you might be advising an Australian startup on how to scale their teams with remote talent in Asia or a Singaporean fintech scale their team globally.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience including solid experience in a sales/business development, or consulting role. Experience in a top-tier agency, consulting firm and/or startup hiring within a VC or a fast-growing startup where you have managed international roles is a strong plus.
- If you do not have a talent acquisition background, but strong international sales experience, and are deeply passionate about shaping the future of the remote work ecosystem, we would also like to hear from you.
- You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- You have an amazing track record of success, are highly goal-driven, and work well in fast-paced environments
- You will be part of a fully remote and internationally distributed team and as a result, can be based anywhere -as long as you have good internet connectivity!
