Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for Insurance Consulting from Insurance companies operating in Vietnam
• Involved with end-to-end sales activities with support from our Vietnam management team and global/regional Insurance team
• Lead consulting service delivery as an engagement manager for Insurance companies

Job Requirement:

Must have:

• Strong relationship with management-level personnel of the Insurance companies operating in Vietnam
• Understanding of practical Insurance business - including areas of IT, Insurance products, operation processes, and business processes.
• Extensive experience with insurance business analysis and consulting activities (e.g. proposal creation, presentation)
• Project management experience
• High fluency of English
• Experience with IT/Digital Transformation implementation project and various insurance product such as Health Car, Car/Motor, Home...

Nice to have

• Understanding of Vietnam Insurance market and local regulations
• Experience in Insurance core applications, front applications, BI & data analytics
• Exposure to key market trends including on business, IT and innovation
