As a Senior Copywriter, the successful execution of this role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional writing skills. You are the driving force behind crafting compelling copy and creative concepts for advertising and direct marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your role extends beyond mere structured content creation; you're also an innovator, continuously seeking opportunities to infuse fresh creative directions into our projects; you're also a storyteller, being adept at articulating in different tones of voices and styles when the work calls for strong emotional messaging or brand stories. As an advocate for creativity, you play a pivotal role in championing our creative vision both within our team and externally with our clients. Ideally, you should feel at ease communicating verbally too.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the importance of the big idea and how well the work reflects it within the framework of the strategic plan as well as the client's brand.
- Ideate and generate creative concepts that successfully express a brand's proposition and engage target audiences.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas.
- Recognize, work through, and resolve creative differences in collaboration with team members to craft and sharpen concept proposals that ensure the idea is well-articulated, words resonate with the expected intent, and match the total visual approach and essence.
- Stays up to date with the latest industry technologies, trends, and award-winning work to learn and apply best-in-class standards on their creative ideas and output for our client work.
- Be comfortable independently and proactively navigating the creative process, including briefings, meetings, time management, and brand requirements to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
- Proofread all copy to ensure proposals, and keywords are consistent and conform to clients standards.
- Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior copywriters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience
- 3-4 years in the Integrated Agency setting: You possess a seasoned background in a similar role within an integrated agency, demonstrating your ability to thrive in this environment.
- Rich digital communication and content production: Your expertise in digital communication and content production runs deep, providing a strong foundation for innovative storytelling.
2. Knowledge
- Cultural and social trendsetter: You're ahead of the curve on cultural trends, adding a fresh and inspiring perspective.
- Digital marketing savvy: Mastery of digital channels in communication and marketing.
3. Skills
- Be an active listener and discerning reader.

- Master video script creation and editing.
