- Directly consult and sell products and services to the customer segment
- Be responsible for the customer growth targets of the business unit and business targets related to the customer segment managed at the unit
- Maintain and improve service quality and business efficiency for the customer segment under the management of the unit
- Search and develop new customer segments across the system
- Provide information and make requests to the Product Development Departments to launch specialized products suitable for the customer segment
- Perform tasks assigned by the leader
- Graduated from university majoring in Economics, Finance, Banking or equivalent
- Have at least 01 year of experience in personal/corporate credit at Banks
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the accounting department of enterprises
- Ability to build good relationships with customers, good sales and persuasion skills and communication
- Ability to handle situations and ability to work independently, good teamwork
- High sense of responsibility in work, good drafting skills
- Dynamic, respect professional ethics
