Purpose of the position

• Directly participate in organizing and implementing projects and initiatives to build systems, tools, and data platforms to meet the general data exploitation requirements of the Bank. (NHDN).
• Participate in implementing, collecting and managing data catalogs including business terminology catalogs and , data description information for the bank's IT systems related to the corporate banking sector.
• Centralize the management of data needs and issues of the corporate banking staff, and coordinate with specialized units in the Bank to solve problems, ensuring that the data exploitation and use of the units is quick and convenient.

Job description

• Transform the business requirements of the corporate banking sector into data requirements, systems and tools to support data exploitation (for example, requirements for developing Data Warehouse/Data mart, Customer Data...): directly implement or support the staff in the Sector in the process of writing BRDs on data needs, coordinate testing of data products after being delivered, ensuring that they meet the requirements
• Participate in deploying, collecting and managing data description information for IT systems and projects with IT elements related to the Corporate Banking sector, coordinate with internal units of the Center to select important terms and data elements from existing data description information
• Centralize the management of data needs and issues of the Corporate Banking Sector, for example: difficulties encountered when needing to exploit data, data quality issues, or new/undefined data needs that need to be exploited for business processes... grasp the architecture, system, and regulations at the bank in data exploitation to propose appropriate solutions to solve the needs/issues, ensuring the process of exploiting and using data is quick and convenient
• Manage data exploitation activities of units in the Corporate Banking Sector, including tools Job: regularly monitor the frequency and level of application of platforms/tools/data during operations, maintain the portfolio of information products of the block (BI dashboard, advanced analytical models, business analysis applications, operational reports) and the effectiveness of applying these products... to propose to specialized units on solutions to improve data exploitation capacity at each period.

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Have good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Have an understanding of business process modeling activities and the ability to use support tools to build business flow models, data flow models data.
• Proficient in at least one query language in one of the database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL...).
• Knowledge of data management regulations and standards in the finance - banking industry is an advantage.
• Experience or direct participation in the implementation of digital transformation projects related to corporate banking operations in banking is an advantage.
