Key Responsibilities:
- From Concept to Completion: Contribute to all phases of the design processfrom early conceptual ideas and client interactions to design development, including creating 3D visualizations and detailed drawings. You will see projects through to construction, ensuring the design intent is executed perfectly.
- User-Centric Design: Lead the creation of adaptable workspaces that respond to the specific needs of users, enhancing productivity and wellbeing.
- Sustainable Solutions: Implement sustainable practices within designs, focusing on minimizing environmental impact while maximizing comfort and efficiency.
- Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless project execution, while staying focused on delivering spaces that put people first.
- Inclusive Design: Ensure your designs cater to diverse user needs, providing inclusive and flexible solutions that make every workspace functional and inviting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in workplace or commercial interior design with a focus on enhancing peoples experiences.
- Proficiency in SketchUp (other design software is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and functional design solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating inspiring environments.
