Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Implementation of MBIST and Scan
- Please provide LEC and SDC scripts for the purpose of Formal Verification and Timing Constraint Check.
- Engage in discussions with Test Engineers to devise solutions for DFT testing.
Requirements
- Graduated in EE or related Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience.
- DFT Design Engineer - MBIST / SCAN
- 2. Proficient in programming skills and UNIX shell.
- Familiar with Verilog/RTL
