Job Description
As a Senior Planner,one needs to have in-depth knowledge of operation of Google, Facebook, TikTok ecosystem (with focus on upper, middle funnel) to not only develop efficient media plan but also to drive optimization and efficiencies. Key role is to make media plan, proposal and drive campaign results and effectively manage workflow of internal - external stakeholders.
- Result Oriented:Being in the person who is accountable for successfully implementing the strategy, its very important to have passion to push themselves everyday to do better. Needs strong commitment and dedication and be very proactive in managing the plans and driver better results every time which will require good management of Way of Working with client & internal team as well as optimization efforts to land in campaign KPI.
- Strategic Thinking in Planning & Implementation:As the senior planner one needs to be very informed and share the responsibilities of implementing Strategies aligned with Digital Manager & Account Lead.
- Adaptable & Agile:This person should make sure he/she is up-to-date with all recent updates on platforms they work on (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). They should be very agile in learning and unlearning.
- Accuracy:This job is to manage data effectively to fuel the planning as well as reporting timely & appropriately as per client's requests & planning purposes.
- Updated: Stay updated with new initiatives of key platforms & local partners or emerging vendors, technologies to break the brands challenges faster, better or more efficiently. The innovation is not limited to local ones but also adapting relevant global case studies to local market.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of work experiencein a media or digital agency. Ideally, the candidate would have experience in the Vietnam market or another similar growth market. Preferably working experience with Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare brands/clients.
- Proven track record of business growth, a very steep learning curve and a high degree of EQ and cultural sensitivity. The candidate should be well read on digital and technology developments and able to personally evangelize change and collaborations.
- Platforms: Google Adwords and/or Facebook
- Proven track record in managing timely,quality campaign deliveries
- Detail orientated, organized,capable of handling workload through timely response
- Knows well about analytics,real-time insights (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Google Trends, etc.)
