Make an impact

• Research and analyze areas for innovation in production processes, apply the automation/digitalization solutions to enhance quality and reduce operational costs.
• Implement the end-to-end automation/digitalization projects including designing, executing, validating and monitoring projects as aligned with SMV automation/digitalization roadmap, by collaboration with suppliers, Global Technology & Innovation and internal cross-functional teams.
• Develop the project charter, prepare the business case, update project implementation status to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee training, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure automation systems meet performance standards.
• Manage data collection, project timelines, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure smooth project rollouts.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Education background in Automation System, Mechatronics or relevant majors.
• Ideally 5+ years of practical experience in an international manufacturing environment with proven track record of automation/innovation project management.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Design, PLC/C++/C# programing, Automation Process Implementation.
• Good knowledge and experience with Beckhoff and robot arm would be preferrable.
• Independent and team orientation, and strong ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude.
