Responsibilities
1. Looking for and propose prospective tenants based on the tenant mix plan approved by the Landlord;
2. Preparing all leasing documents and filing that include:
3. Preparing reports that include Monthly Mall Reports/ACG, Leasing Reports, and other reports that required from time to time
4. To ensure proper lease documents & paper trail /approvals under FAL & SOP for all retail leases.
5. Follow up with the Finance Dept for Aging reports and actions taken to be instructed by Managers.
6. To coordinate with related parties for all events on A&P-marketing & other management jobs to ensure proper follow-up actions applied under the Tenancy Agreement.
7. To keep good relationships & rapport with tenants and prospective tenants & other jobs assigned by Management
8. Create, and upload all Rental Objects on SAP/Sales Force/EAS, etc. & work with IT_SAP to rectify the errors if required
9. Coordinate with internal Departments & Tenants to prepare leasing documents regarding making payment, refund/top-up of deposits
10. Other assignments by managers
