Your responsibilities

Working member of the Customer Service parts and logistics operations, supporting day-to-day parts supply and sales and service activities. The Senior Executive will additionally support in mentoring junior storekeeper when needed and have more involvements with warehouse improvements activities and management to elevate overall service capabilities.

1. Parts Management (Service Engineers Internal/External)

• Parts Inbound and Outbound shipment processing
• Stock in and out processing
• Pick and Pack parts
• Issuing of parts, processing returns
• Manage system transactions
• Supporting Team Lead on spare parts scrapping activities

2. Warehouse Management

• Responsible for warehouse housekeeping
• Work in conjunction with Team Lead and Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to continually improve warehouse management
• Conduct weekly physical stock count audits for A & B Goods
• Supporting Team Lead in organising and conducting periodic and annual stock take in accordance with company policies. Taking part in bi-annual and annual stock-take.
• Responsible for warehouse occupational safety and health policies and procedures and participate in training as required
• Assigned fire safety warden for CS office and workshop

3. Audit and Compliance

• Support to ensure adherance to company processes, procedures, policies and standards
• Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements
• Participation and support leaders in any Internal/External Audits (Eg. ICS, ISO)
