The Senior Field Applications Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for providing scientific, technical and application support to existing accounts in line with the territory management plans.
This position is part of the Radiometer Vietnam commercial team which is a part of the HGM Region - located in Vietnam and will be a remote role. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Assist with managing existing accounts, providing support to Account Managers and the individual territory business development plans.
- Attend to individual customer requirements including training as required, problem solving, troubleshooting and consumable inventory management etc.
- Take the lead on all pre-delivery workup and Installations of instruments at customer sites and associated training and regular follow up calls.
- Proactively call on all accounts on a regular basis in line with established territory management plans to maintain customer satisfaction and consistent use of analysers and associated consumables.
- Keep abreast of scientific / clinical developments as they pertain to the Radiometer product range, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery improvement.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- > 5 years experience in the Medical Diagnostic industry or Medical/ Healthcare setting with a knowledge of clinical chemistry and understanding of laboratory practices.
- Experience in basic maintenance of Point of Care or Laboratory equipment and detailed knowledge of Radiometer products and offerings including IT experience within healthcare sector.
- Ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, critically evaluate problems and drive to the root cause.
- Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally in a professional manner and experience of working with cross functional teams.
- Competent user across Microsoft Applications, a competent CRM user and familiarity with quality processes.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Blood gas and immunoassay equipment maintenance
- Acute care or ICU experience
- IT middleware, hospital LIS & HIS
