Job Description
Accounting Analysis & Management Reporting for Stakeholders:
- Lead initiatives to streamline month-end close processes, enhancing speed and accuracy in collaboration with Group Chief Accountants.
- Generate precise and timely monthly financial reports for review by the Division Head.
- Present weekly actual cash flow reports and devise payment strategies to optimize liquidity.
Budget Controls and Forecasting:
- Align budget tracking with the AOP to mitigate variances and ensure strategic alignment.
- Monitor Purchase Requisition tracking against approved budget allocations to control spending.
Internal Control/Compliance and Risk Management:
- Develop and standardize accounting policies and procedures as necessary to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to financial reporting standards adopted by the Business Unit.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of Finance & Accounting systems, architecture, and analytics tools to enhance operational decision-making capabilities.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10 years of professional services experience in relevant industries (Retail, F&B, FMCG), preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Chief Accountant Certification, ACCA, or CPA qualification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
