- Retention Strategies: Develop initiatives to improve customer retention and lifetime value.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and data analytics teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the growth marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
III. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven track record in growth marketing, with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, and expertise in SEO/SEM, ads campaigns, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Ability: lead and monitoring suppliers with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strategy: Experience in developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
