KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult for people matters (from Supervisor level below)
- Investigate employee relations issues and cooperate with involved parties to address and implement solutions
- Support for HRBP Manager in TO Monitoring and Solutions for reducing TO
- Support for HRBP Manager with documentations preparation/following remind stakeholder/HR COE for finish on time while HRBP Manager will launching and discuss with stakeholders and align on decisions (YER Review Calibration Presentation, People Review, Training Needs Analysis, Job Description Update and evaluation, Movements on SAP.)
- Represent and backup for HRBP Manager in case HRBP Manager is on leave or has other meeting same time that could not be rescheduled especially with quite many of stakeholders in charged currently.
- Monitor and prepare TO reports to escalate on time and conduct skip level interview and exit interview to consult for Line Manager solutions.
- Monitor for eNPS activities execution and follow up to remind.
- Monitor and report on workforce planning (headcounts, budget, hiring status..) and escalate with solutions proposed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in internal HR in Talent Acquisition/C&B/Reward or People Consultancy Service,...
- Good at problem solving, task prioritizing, communication and presentation skills
- Good at Excel and Power Point is a big plus
- English communication
- Ability to organize and priorities tasks and meet deadlines, orientation on the results and outputs
