Work on the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and benefits and maintain an updated HR Knowledge database; a common repository for HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), letter templates, forms and tools to promote operational consistency.
Implement a performance appraisal system to ensure continuous feedback and goal setting for all employees.
Oversee the complete recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, interview coordination, reference check and offer letters.
HR Operations: Complete command in payroll, compensation and benefits - including salary structures, benefits packages, and incentives - compliance and employee relations
Ensure a smooth induction and onboarding process to exit process.
Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
Handle the employee complaints and addresses them with unique strategies and solutions for such challenges.
Ensure a healthy and positive work environment by leading the conduct of company activities, internal communication, learning & development activities, etc.
Develop and manage the HR department budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
Develop and manage the HR in alignment with HR overall operations & company requirement.
