Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor overall HR strategies in order to achieve the target of business;
- Create the policy, the learning & development strategy in short and long-term needs for staffing, talent management;
- Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Play a key role in developing an organizational culture that maintains the highest standards of business performance and behavior;
- Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process;
- Responsible for the payroll, bonus and benefits for employees;
- Manage all the administrative work;
- Other duties as assigned by Executive Chairwoman & CEO.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree and 10+ years human resources experience;
- At least 5 years in the same position;
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (English and Vietnamese), both orally and in writing;
