An Office Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments. Their duties include communicating with department heads, relaying important information or policy changes from upper management and implementing incentives to enhance employee productivity.
What does an Senior HR do
As an Senior HR at LianLian Global, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with maintenance providers to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning office environment.
- Handling HR responsibilities including labor contracts, timesheets, annual leave, and performance evaluations.
- Interviewing, onboarding, and managing the training and employment documentation of new employees.
- Pays employees and compiles payroll information by managing payroll preparation; completing reports; maintaining records.
- Managing employee tax registration, insurance processes, labor reports, and employee union-related matters.
- Monitoring inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment, coordinating replenishments as needed.
- Preparing reports on office operations for senior management, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Providing guidance and support to employees, helping them overcome challenges and improve performance.
What are the expected qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in HR field (prefer candidates under 30)
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Able to adjust to evolving office and company needs, demonstrating agility in handling new responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly, contributing to the smooth running of office operations.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to produce professional reports, assign tasks clearly, follow instructions, and manage vendor contracts.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven capacity to manage challenges, oversee team performance, and inspire colleagues.

- Proficiency in Professional English: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a global business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills, for reporting, data management, and enhancing office productivity
