Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst. The Senior IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop IT solutions. The role will also involve conducting data analysis, identifying areas for process improvement, and proposing IT strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Project Management, Product Owner skills will be a big plus.
• Experience in gathering and documenting Business Requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Processes
• Knowledge of Information Technology
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
