Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive international sales growth for a diverse product portfolio including fruit purees, fruit concentrates, processed fruits, and frozen vegetables.
- Business Development: Actively seek out and cultivate relationships with new partners and customers in target international markets such as Europe, the United States, and China.
- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, including the establishment of terms, pricing, and contract agreements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in Fruit, Juice or Beverage Industries with B2B and HORECA sales.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in English
