Senior IT Communicator (Japanese N2-N1 )

DYM VIETNAM CO., LTD, a subsidiary of the DYM Group headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, established its branch in Ho Chi Minh City in October 2023. We specialize in providing advanced Internet Advertising and Recruitment services through HR technology. Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Communicator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Must:

• Proficiency in Japanese language at N1 level or above, or equivalent conversational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Communicator in Japanese companies.
• Ability to follow instructions promptly and sincerely.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with a proactive attitude and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Strong self-initiative and creative thinking skills.

Prefer:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Communicator in Japanese companies.
• Knowledge of website design (HTML, CSS, PHP).
• Project management experience in languages such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks (CMS) like Laravel, WordPress.
• Experience with tools and systems such as Git, Docker.
• Desire to develop a career as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) in the future.

Job Contents:

IT Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of IT services and resolve technical issues promptly.

Implement security measures to safeguard company data and systems against potential threats.

User Support and Training:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees experiencing IT-related issues. Conduct training sessions to enhance employees IT skills and promote best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively.

Software and Application Management:

Manage software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring compliance with usage agreements and renewal deadlines. Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and patches to maintain system functionality and security.

Data Management and Backup:

Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.Establish backup and recovery protocols to protect critical business data and minimize the risk of data loss.

IT Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and track project progress.

Salary:

Approximately 30,000,000 VND
