JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process with diversified levels of recruiting and a wide range of technology stacks and skills in the Engineering team
- Build up and develop a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
- Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
- Get involved in recruitment projects in building and re-building recruitment practices in the organization.
- Take other assignments by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 03 years of working experience in IT recruiting.
- Decent knowledge of the IT industry.
- Expertise in and smart command of various recruitment channels, and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and others) for recruitment and talent acquisition targets.
- Strong recruiting skills (creating job descriptions, sourcing and selecting candidates, hunting talents, convincing passive candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers...).
- Language: English is priority. If your English is not good, BMBSoft will help you to improve your skills
- Good at MS office and computing skills
