Responsibilities:
- Create candidate pools through different recruiting activities
- Shortlist the suitable, qualified candidates for interviews and follow up the process
- Build up a wide HR network
- Collaborate in the development of strategy and best practices aiming at efficient hiring for technical positions as well as positions requiring specific competencies
- Actively propose and implement ideas or actions to improve the process, and to meet targets both in terms of number and quality
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Perform reference and background checks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- +3 years of working experience in IT recruiting
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, programming languages, and industry trends
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
