One Mount is looking for a position of Senior Key Account Specialist (On Premise)
Location:Lumiere Riverside, West Tower, 275 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, District 2, Thu Duc City, HCMC
Time:Monday Saturday Morning
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the standard
- Make Renewal calendar for the assigned customers and build action plan for on time renewal
- Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment
- Develop, sell and execute CDAs with identified customers
- Monitor On Premise Budget
2. Execute plans with assigned customers
- Call on each customer per customer wiring plan
- Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field
- Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
- Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations
- Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
- Get customer feedback (On Premise)
3. Identify & Win New Business
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets
- Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities
- Co-ordinate and acquire new business
- Align the system to call on new accounts & outlets
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- College/Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in selling areas
- Functional expertise:
+ Experience dealing with On Premise in the same industry
+ Strong selling skills. Business understanding and analytical skills
- Soft Skills: Communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Language: English communication at basic level is a must. English proficiency is advantage
- Computer: Basic MS appreciation
- Teamwork, self-driven, discipline.
- Professional communication manner
- Passionate to connect, deal, and serve customers, field work
