Job Description

  • Improve new products including product pricing, risk assessment and operational processes
  • Propose product models including product pricing, risk assessment and operational processes
  • Digitize existing loan products through innovative/Analytical approaches insights to enhance existing product policies and processes
  • Lead new product testing in UAT and Production environments: recommend test cases and test plans
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and engineering teams to ensure Mobile/Web application roadmap aligns with business objectives
  • Continuously optimize product portfolio performance using advanced systems, market researchOwn customer experience in lending platform and digital loan application process across multiple points from customer onboarding, loan application, appraisal, loan disbursement or credit to payment and loan maintenance
  • Actively seek new opportunities to enhance Mobile/Web application functionality by understanding technology trends, customer pain points and recommending solutions Law

Job Requirement

  • University degree, priority in the fields of Information Technology, Engineering, Finance - Banking, or Economics/Business Administration/Foreign Trade
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar work/position with platforms such as: CRM, Mobile App, LOS/LMS, Core system integration with satellite systems
  • At least 3 years of experience experience in the field of banking products
  • Good data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Project coordination/management skills
  • Basic English usage at work
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Offices skills specifically: Excel, word, powerpoint, visio
