We are looking for a Senior Lead Applied AI Scientist to build LLM-based applications
What you will do:
- Lead the development of AI application solutions based on LLM models such as Search/ Assistant, Content Creation, Customer Support,;
- Collaborating with other teams such as LLM Foundation, Product, Engineer, QC,..to develop solutions that meet users need;
- Conduct experiments with different LLM models, architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and integration methods to achieve the best results;
- Stay up-to-date on recent LLM models & architectures.
What you will need:
- 5+ years of Experience with designing, building, and deploying AI solutions/ applications;
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and deep learning (DL) architectures;
- Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills;
- Effective communication with pro-active working style;
- Experience with building AI Products/ Solutions for end-users is a plus;
- Ph.D is a plus.
