What you will do
- Creative Strategy Development: Collaborate with the head of creative, brand team, and other stakeholders to devise innovative strategies that elevate our Expense Management service;
- AI Integration: Lead projects focused on integrating AI technologies to optimize product functionality and user experience;
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content that resonates with our audience and effectively communicates our brand message;
- Project Management: Ensure the successful execution of creative projects from conception to completion, meeting quality standards and deadlines;
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our creative outputs cutting-edge and competitive;
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;

What you will need
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field;
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably with a focus on content and AI integration;
