We are looking for Senior/Lead Fullstack Javascript Developer (English, NodeJS, ReactJS) for our client - a well-established Off-shore Development Center (ODC) in Vietnam specializing in IT solutions for the global logistics industry. With over a decade of experience, this organization provides advanced software development and support for clients worldwide, spanning areas like shipping, warehousing, and trucking, along with innovations in web, mobile, and machine learning technologies. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Join the Technical Team and collaborate with both Web and Mobile teams on cross-functional projects.
- Lead efforts in system setup, including architecture and database design, to support project requirements.
- Perform code and solution reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and design alternative solutions when needed.
- Train and mentor team members, helping to enhance technical skills across the organization.
- Continuously research and adopt new technologies to boost development efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in designing, analyzing, and developing large-scale software solutions using React.js and Node.js.
- Proficient in JavaScript with extensive experience across both Front-end and Back-end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge in:
- Design patterns
- Writing clean, maintainable code; following coding standards
- Unit testing, mock libraries, and code refactoring practices
- Capable of leading technical training and support efforts within the team.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with SSO and Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
- Familiarity with K8s, Docker, and system monitoring (e.g., StatsD, InfluxDB)
- CI/CD experience with tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or Bitbucket
- Exposure to cloud services like GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
