Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Planning activities in Advanced Optics, Binh Duong, Vietnam.
- Build and develop Planning team to meet or exceed customers requirements with best services.
- Maximize Planning Capacity and Optimize inventory.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant major, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, business, finance or economic related field
- A minimum 10+ years of working experience in the field of planning and inventory control in manufacturing company with 5+ years managerial/leadership experience
- Master planning skill for both master and detail production plan
- Experienced in Planning of multi processes and BOM levels products in both manual and machine.
Skills
Good at Computer skills, MS office.
Fluent in English communication (both verbal and writing)
Ability to communicate Chinese is a big advantage.
Strong knowledge of production planning software and ERP systems (e.g. Epicor, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus.
