Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for directs the Vietnam Operations Strategic Planning
- Directs Vietnam Manufacturing and Process Engineering Operations
- New Product/Process Transfer & Process development
Education & Experience
- 15+ years experience in high volume electronics assembly/ manufacturing, interacting with global technical, engineering team
- Typically requires 7+ years managerial/leadership experience
- Set-up of manufacturing facilities, including equipment layout, procurement, facilities, and training.
- BS degree in business, engineering, science or equivalent discipline
Skills
- Ability to anticipate and handle multiple priorities and complex issues involving external and internal customer priorities under time constraints
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to comprehend (including technical concepts) and communicate at a high level with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment
- Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, to negotiate and mediate
