Support the negotiation with external financial institutions for bank facilities.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. Treasury, Legal, Finance, Operations, Investments and Business Liaison department, etc), for project financing, review of project cashflow, terms and conditions of credit agreements and other finance-related documentation such as mortgages, collateral agreement, corporate guarantee, etc.
Review and propose the optimal loan structure for new projects to maximize Keppel shareholders interest.
Review existing credit facilities and propose viable alternative loan structures, including the use of suitable derivative products such as futures, forwards and swaps.
Negotiate with the banks to obtain the best deposit rate and forex rate for Vietnam entities.
Periodically prepare and review treasury reports for all Vietnam entities/projects.
Manage treasury systems, such as Quantum, to ensure required information is properly inputted in line with Keppel requirements.
Liaise with internal finance teams to manage and maintain e-banking/host to host banking systems.
Conduct periodic internal review to ensure that treasury related operations, such as bank accounts, deposits, foreign exchange transaction, etc, comply with internal policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic internal briefing/training to the Finance team on Keppel treasury policies and guidelines.
Other ad-hoc tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5-10 years relevant work experience.
High computer literacy especially MS Office Excel for financial simulation.
Analytical and good problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Self-driven and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
