Job descriptions:
1. PG Performance Management:
- Ensure the productivity of PGs performance to drive sales volume.
- Define the deployment strategies and guidelines for the allocation of promoter resources by channels and regions.
- Allocate, monitor, manage and review expenditures (salary, transport, incentives, etc.) against an agreed expenditure plan.
- Manage PGs budget.
- Assist Direct Manager in supervising, training and coaching team members.
- Set up and implement work process and standard operating procedure (SOP) with related parties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
2. PG Data Management:
- Develop and maintain Promoter-Agent Automation (PAA) system.
- Develop and coordinate with related sales applications to support distribution system.
- Analyze ROI and investment impact of PAA.
- Implement E2E process with related departments.
- Lead digital transformation project for PG.
Job requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in relevant major (Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
- At least 5 years work experience in PG Management/Promoter Management/Off-premises MT Management with 3 years experience in Beer or Alcohol business.
- Good English speaking, listening, writing and excellent interpersonal skills in Vietnamese.
- Good computer skills Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Skilled in setting and reviewing performance PGs KPIs dashboards, deployment strategies, guidelines, promoter budget and expenditures, sales targets, operating standards for promoters; developing selling stories.
- Dynamic, solution-oriented problem solver.
- Can work independently and as a team-player and under high pressures.
- High sense of responsibility and proactive working attitude.
- Can start work immediately.
