WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Discuss with Scrum Team to Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements tops the business analyst's list of responsibilities.
- Define project delivery phases including activities, sub-activities, and milestones, ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting.
- Support Team leader to build the process in order to manage the service's progress and result. Using the tool: Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira to track the workload. Building the evaluation Criteria to keep track and evaluate the contribution
- Support Team Leader to create Test-plan for each release in order to prepare resource,
- Support Team leader to build workload, test case, infrastructure for testing software
- Break down requirements to develop test case in order to test all the specific conditions. Build manual test cases/test scenarios based on requirements/user stories and acceptance tests belonging to test plan.
- Responsible for all aspects of testing and Quality Assurance thru the full project lifecycle
- Execute test case, test scripts to test the bug fixing, coding and features integration in order to make sure the issues get fixed and no breaking something else. This task should take from Smoke Test , Functional Test to Regression Test.
- Identify, analyze, report test results and monitor defects in the defect tracking system.
- Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform Development teams for fixing and retest to ensure adequate resolutions.

- Work closely with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and to understand business requirements.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor degree in computer science
- TOEIC 600 or Relevant / ISTQB certificate
- Minimum 5 years in Testing software or end-user of competitive application
- Understanding a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches
- Strong experience Testing Performance
- Strong Experience Testing API Using Postman is a plus
- Strong experience to develop Quality Acceptance criteria Testplan, test case, Automation request,
- Ability to check jobs and train team member the technical knowledge
- Ability to develop service metrics, framework competence, QA/QC process and other related.
- Proficient written and English communication
