Main Mission
Develops realations and programs with opinion leaders, learned societies and patient associations to establish the scientific and medical legitimacy and the values of division and the brands.
Key Responsibilities
Product management:
- Play a strategic role in ensuring range and product in relevant therapeutic area meets market trend and requirement.
- Monitor the brand proactive approach towards the hospitals & clinics.
- Lead new product launches in medical channel.
- Ensure medical strategies and tactical activities are developed and implemented to improve market performance.
- Facilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies, gather, validate, and analyse competitive market information.
KOLs Relationship
- Classify HCPs and build visiting plan to deliver communication plan & medical activities to achieve goal of assigned products.
- Build up and maintain business relationships with target customers, healthcare industry leaders.
Branding
- Select/ designs the O+O medical and scientific event (Medical education targeting doctors and patients, congresses, webinars, ...) so as to reputation of the unit
- Prepare materials and field force tools.
- Coordinate to another department as well as regional medical department to conduct and implement approved medical plan.
- Oversee and evaluate the implementation of medical strategy/ program to support brand objectives.
Planning Activities
- Work with x-functional team to build up integrated medical plan of assigned products.
- Coordinate to field force team to prepare monthly & quarterly plan of action to drive attainment target.
- Budget control ongoing analysis and follow up of medical budget of the assigned products.
Key Requirements
Educational Background
- Minimum Level of Education: Bachelor's
- Area of Specializations: Pharmacist/Doctor Degree
Job-Related Experience (Minimum Level Of Job-Related Experience Required)
- Min 5-year experience in marketing in Multinational Pharmaceutical company service/customer oriented. Experience and knowledge in skin care & aesthetic will be an advantage.
- Strong medical marketing capability including proven success in multichannel marketing.
- Have a good relationship with KOLs, BoD, HoD of hospitals, especially in dermatology is a plus.
- Excellence in execution: prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
