Job Purpose
The job holder:
- Build and adjust the structure, organization, functions, tasks, coordination among units in the bank in accordance with the strategy and business model
- Develop, adjust and supervise the implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines on governance in the bank.
Key Accountabilities (1)
- Build and govern Bankwide and Division's corporate structure
- Participate in building and evaluating the Bank's organizational structure in line with the Bank's strategy from time to time.
- Participate in developing organizational structure design methodology, applicable to the entire bank and to each unit in the Bank.
- Participating in coordinating and advising units in the Bank in building and adjusting the organizational structure, functions, tasks, operating model, ensuring conformity with the strategy and business model, as well as optimize the bank's operational efficiency
- Support to coordinate the units in building the coordination model among units in the Bank
- Participating in controlling the content of building, adjusting the organizational structure of the units in the Bank, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Bank.
Key Accountabilities (2)
- Build v govern Corporate governance model
- Build, update, manage and monitor corporate governance model (Board v Management committee) and implementation plan as alignment with the Bank's strategy
- Propose v support in establishment of Management committees (under CEO) and major amendment of Board committees (under BOD) at request of competent authorities, include: structure, composition, operating mechanism and outputs
Key Accountabilities (3)
- Support consult and research leading practices on corporate structure v governance
- Research, build, update design methodology and complete organizational structuring, applied for Divisions in the Bank
- Research, build, update methodology, process and design principles and restructuring of Corporate governance
- Propose build/updates the regulations and process on Division/unit structure establishment/amendment

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking and finance
- Deep understanding of business management activities in the bank
- Understand of business structuring/restructuring activities
- Understand of methodologies, practical models in business organizations (centralized/distributed, business partners, shared services, outsourced services)
- Experience working in corporate structure departments/projects at large organizations, or at large consulting firms corporate structure/restructuring (preferably experience in banks / financial company)
- Experience working in companies/projects related to improving business performance - advanced in the field of banking and finance
- Foreign language (English): minimum TOEIC 550 (or equivalent certificates
Qualification
- Graduated with a master's degree or higher, majoring in economics, finance, business. Preference will be given to candidates with master's/MBA degrees from foreign universities.
