Your Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill the scope of IT Recruitment Partner with 60% of your time, playing as the key member for both Headhunting Service and Internal hiring for business's needs.
  • Collaborate alongside your Business Development teammate as Talent Acquisition Partner with 30% of workload, to explore, discover the possibility and potential of in-house resources, develop and market them as one of the original products for our new-found business initiative.
  • Input your ideas and critical thinking with your rest 10% of workload, in building our new business initiatives systems, way of working, services and products

Your Capabilities:

  • 4-7 years of experience in IT Headhunting Services (360 degree preferred); additional experience in Internal IT Recruitment is advantageous.
  • Possesses business-centric approach and an eagerness to embrace new challenges.
  • Prioritizes the creativity of member's insights over rigid processes (People over Systems) and results over tasks(Outcome over Output).
  • Has Agile mindset and is capable of producing results from ambiguous instructions.
