In the same spirit, Anywr Vietnam are currently recruiting a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (M/F) for one of our clients, a retail brand, located in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City.
Roles and responsibilities:
Digital Performance Marketing:
- Run and refine digital ad campaigns on platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok) to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Assess campaign performance and offer insights to enhance ROI, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Work with content and creative teams to ensure digital assets align with performance goals.
Offline Store Marketing Support:
- Help integrate digital marketing with offline store strategies to increase foot traffic and in-store conversions.
- Use data analytics to gauge online campaign impact on in-store sales and adjust strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with store managers to align marketing with customer behavior insights.
Cross-Channel Integration:
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies that unify online and offline marketing for a cohesive brand experience.
- Leverage performance data to shape strategies for influencer marketing, email, and affiliate campaigns.
Budget and Performance Monitoring:
- Help manage budgets for performance campaigns, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Track expenses and campaign results, providing regular updates to the Marketing Manager.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Continuously analyze key metrics with tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
- Identify trends to guide ongoing improvements and boost campaign impact.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, specializing in digital channels for the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Extensive understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics, with a demonstrated ability to boost online sales.
- Background in merging online marketing efforts with offline retail campaigns.
- Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking platforms (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in retail marketing, with insights into customer behavior across both digital and physical spaces.
- Capability to juggle multiple projects and campaigns at once, focusing on achieving impactful results.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward enhancing marketing initiatives.
