Senior Product Designer

• Research, develop customer personas and map out user journeys
• Create design documents / design briefs of features
• Design user flows with a strong rationale of why it solves user problems
• Create high-fidelity design and prototypes in Figma
• Understand the technical system, work around constraints with developers
• Rapidly make prototypes to test out the concept before releases
• Maintain and improve our existing system
• Take charge of product performance and analytics
  

Must-have

• 4+ years of Product or UX Design
• Strong at UX Research
• Strong communication skills: Say what you mean, mean what you say
• Proficiency in English: Be comfortable speaking and writing in EN
• Fast prototyping skills: We use Figma, do not overthink it with Protopie
• Experience with design system
• Stay open mided when collaborating with team members
• Work autonomously but know when to ask for help
• Deep interest in AI and its application
• Get-going attitude: Roll your sleeves to get the job done no matter what it takes

Nice-to-have

• Real experience with AI products
• Experience design apps related to heavy industrial space
