You'll need to stay ahead of fast-paced tech changes while creating user-focused solutions. - Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and user needs
- Create sophisticated user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that set new standards in blockchain product design
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team
- Evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products
- Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and design trends in the blockchain and gaming industries
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and design sprints to generate breakthrough ideas
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in product design, with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, including complex projects and various UX artifacts
- Proven track record of leading design projects from conception to successful launch
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and ability to apply them effectively
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma - our primary design tool
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments
- Experience mentoring junior designers and contributing to team growth
Nice to haves
- Experience designing for crypto, DeFi, or web3 projects
- Knowledge of smart contract interactions and EVM constraints
- Experience designing for gaming platforms
