Job Description:
We are seeking Product Manager positions with 3 level (Unit Head/Expert/Senior Specialist of Products Program Management for some products such as consumer Durable CDL, two wheels and cash loan) with job objective including:
- Secure leading position of FE Credit through development of non-revolving unsecured lending solution for Personal Loan products
- To develop new business strategies, initiatives in the area of CDL products aligned with strategy of the company.
- To develop product characters/ benefits, set pricing for CDL products which are tailored for each customer segment, market demand.
- Follow existing procedures and principles to manage loan portfolio to maximize long term benefit and development targets
- P&L & NPM management for CDL product, as well as to reach the Target Profitability.
- Ensure that new and existing business lines are in-line with actual strategy and meeting targeted performance benchmarks
Responsibilities:
- Propose new business strategies, initiatives of PL products aligned with company's strategies: CDL & develop them if approved.
- Develop, deploy new CDL products parameters, set pricing, new customer segments based on market and customer analyses.
- Engage with cross functional teams at VPB FC to develop, implement initiatives, corrective actions in term of selling process, product characteristics, marketing campaign, risk performance and other aspects
- Analyze potential threats and suggest counter-actions
- Define deviations in products performance and potential sources of growth/improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly
- Develop and update product program reflecting significant changes in term of financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution, underwriting, operation processes, etc
- Develop new/ adjusted distribution channels, selling process, selling policies
- Closely monitor all performance aspects of existing CDL products (including, but not limited to, revenue drivers, cost drivers, credit performance and operational performance indicators)
- Have general management regarding Loan contract/ Application form of PL products, accordant to SBV's regulations and related management organizations. Work directly with SBV's inspector when they have concerns of products/ partnership/ Loan contract
- Consult and/or give corrective actions to ensures achievement of targeted product parameters in new sales and portfolio overall through cooperation with Risk and Sales Divisions, by advising or devising jointly corrective actions
- Lead and develop team member toward targets
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Center Director
Team Management
- Coaching v training all members to upgrade the profession and ensure all member deliver the best result
- Connect team member, build a united team with same objective
- Build up headcount plan/ recruitment for vacant in team
Daily BAU Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of assign target
- Monitor the operation of related systems specialized for the cooperation with partners, propose the change to improve the effectiveness of work
- Monitor the product performance of each partner and adjust if required
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer
- Min. 5 year of working experience with 2 years at management level in finance (banking, insurance, investment, etc.)
- Market strategist from global marketing agency
- Product/category manager from major in Banking sector
- Experience of Vietnam market or relevant experience in developing markets
- Experience and proven track record in product development, portfolio management, business technology
- Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking
