Why We Need This Position: To continue our growth and meet the needs of our customers, we need a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about understanding customer problems, defining product vision, and driving the execution of product initiatives within a product squad.
Responsibilities:
Customer-Centric Product Development: Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on solving real customer problems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams within a product squad to deliver products that meet customer needs and market demands.
Market and User Research: Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to inform product decisions. Engage directly with users to gather insights and feedback.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Plan and execute A/B testing to optimize product features and user experience. Analyze A/B test results to make data-driven decisions and refine product strategy.
Product Lifecycle Management: Develop detailed product specifications and requirements. Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
Continuous Improvement: Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape product development. Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on data and user feedback.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Customer Focus: Passion for solving customer problems and delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to empathize with users and understand their pain points.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and delivery. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a product squad. Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in the HR tech industry or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
